Description

Our raw propolis is a natural, unprocessed product from the hive. Its taste is intense, resinous, and slightly bitter. It is usually used in very small quantities (about the size of a dried chickpea) and chewed for 30–45 minutes before being swallowed. Chewing allows the active compounds to be released, particularly in the mouth and throat (especially interesting if this is the area being targeted). The release then continues throughout the digestive tract.
